Purchase your tickets in advance for the best value, ticket prices will increase the week of the Event.
Tickets are also available on the day, however, camping tickets must be purchased in advance and will close on Monday 18th May.
Children 10yrs & under & Carers are free of charge (they do still require a ticket)

NEW FOR 2026 – MEMBERSHIP
Membership Pass holders will enjoy VIP entry via the main gates, with a dedicated on site parking area reserved exclusively for Members. You will also have access to the Members Area & Bar located in close proximity to the Western Counties All-Weather Arena, complete with TV screens. A selection of drinks & freshly prepared food will be available to purchase throughout the day. With added Membership benefits that can only be found in the Members Area.
Membership Vouchers will be issued when you purchase your ticket, please exchange this for a wristband at the Information point on arrival.
Infants (0-4) require an admission ticket to enter but do not require a membership voucher.
Membership is strictly limited, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
PICNIC PARKING
Picnic Parking is back by popular demand!
Picnic Parking is a rather lovely way to enjoy Bicton International Horse Trials at its very best. Settle in right beside the main water jump with an enviable view of the cross country action, the perfect spot to lay out a picnic and watch the drama unfold.
Spaces are strictly limited and positioned at the far end of the course, so if you’d like to head over to the main showground for the showjumping, please allow around a ten minute walk across the XC Course.
CAMPING
Why not join us for the week & be onsite to enjoy the whole Event…
Camping availability is limited.
All Camping passes include:
- Access to our Permanent Toilet & Shower block.
- 1 pitch, 1 vehicle & up to 4 Season passes.
- Access to our evening entertainment.
All occupants MUST arrive together in the same vehicle, 4 max per pitch. Wristbands will be distributed on arrival.
Campsite opens on Wednesday 27th May, no arrivals before 10:00 or after 18:00 (if arriving Wednesday)
Campers are welcome to arrive up to 20:00 on any other day.
Due to limited availability, Camping will only be offered for the whole event only. Single nights are not currently available.
PLANNING
Thursday & Friday are our Dressage days: The Shops will be open & there will be plenty of Dressage to watch in the Western Counties Arena but there is no Jumping on these two days.
Saturday & Sunday are not to be missed… the Knights of Middle England ARE BACK! Catch all the Equestrian action in the Show Jumping Arena & out on the XC Course and everything in between!
DISABLED VISITORS:
Bicton Arena welcomes and supports disabled visitors. Accessible portaloos are available around the site, with a fully accessible wet room in our permanent Toilet & Shower Block.
Blue Badge holders can book a free Blue Badge parking pass with their admission ticket for centrally located on site parking near key facilities. Please note: the parking pass does not include event entry, an admission ticket is still required.
The site is naturally undulating, with grass and uneven hardcore paths in places. Mobility scooter hire is not available currently but we are looking in to it!
DOGS:
Dogs are very welcome at the event and there will be plenty for them to enjoy, including a fun dog show & walking the XC Course.
All Dogs MUST always be kept on a short lead & be under be under control. It is the responsibility of the owner to pick up after them & dispose of any waste in the bins provided.
Under no circumstances are dogs to be left unattended in vehicles
can i buy a ticket on the gate?
General admittance tickets can be bought on the gate, you can buy online up until midnight the night before…
Card payments only.
WHAT IS A 'SEASON PASS'?
A ‘Season Pass’ is a pass for the whole event (Thursday – Sunday)ticket holders will park in the public carpark & tickets will be scanned daily.
do i have to pay for parking?
Unlike most other events, parking is free and you are not required to buy an additional ticket for parking. Please bear in mind that all parking is on grass and the ground can be uneven, so appropriate footwear is advised. Overnight parking/camping will not be permitted in any car park.
can i pay by card on the gate?
The Online box office will remain open throughout the event, with prices changing to gate prices on event week. You can book your tickets via our online box office website before setting off for the event and have your tickets ready for scanning on your phone/device at the entrance gate. There will be no ability to pay by cash on the gate but there will be options to make card payments on the gate.
can i get my ticket resent to me?

will i still be able to enter the event if i forget my ticket?
All tickets can be scanned, so although always advised to print them off, if you have them saved on your mobile divice they will scan at the gate.
If you forget to bring (or lose) your ticket you will be asked to pay the full on-gate ticket price or be turned away. No refunds will be made for tickets bought to replace lost/forgotten tickets.
can you refund my ticket if i can no longer come to the event?
Unfortunately, no refunds are due once tickets have been purchased. Our Refund Policy is clearly stated on our website, which were agreed to when you purchased your ticket.
what is the difference between a MEMBERS ticket & a normal ticket?
Buying a Membership pass will allow you access to the exclusive Member’s Bar situated near the Western Counties Arena as well as parking in the Members onsite parking area.
is the event wheelchair accessible?
Due to uneven and in parts steep terrain of the Event site, it may be at times difficult for disabled spectators to move around freely and easily. As a result of this, travel to certain areas of the Event site may not be suitable for those who suffer from impaired mobility or for those who have certain medical conditions.
what do i need to do if i have a blue badge?
When you go the purchase your ticket via the Box Office you need to ensure you have 2 tickets…
1. Your Admission ticket (which you will pay for)
2. Blue Badge Pass (this one is FOC, these are not available ‘on the gate’)
On the day, please ensure you also have your actual ‘Blue Badge’ as proof.
will my carer be able to get in foc?
Yes, there is an option for a ‘Carer Pass’ documentation will need to be uploaded as proof that they are a Carer & individuals will asked who they are Caring for.
If the Carer is not in the same vehicle as the Blue Badge holder, they will need to park in the Public Parking Area.
i have a broken leg; can i park in the disabled car park?
Guests who have broken limbs and other walking impairments are welcome to go to the Disabled car park upon arrival and explain their situation. Unfortunately, due to lack of space we cannot guarantee you will be allocated a space.
i am disabled and can't walk far, is picnic parking a good option for me?
Picnic Parking is located in the far corner of the Beautiful List1 Parkland beside our new water complex… there will be a toilet situated near by for convenience.
For having a spot of lunch & watching the action; there is no better vantage point.
If you wish to venture futher…
The Show Jumping, shopping, food etc (the main show ground) is a 10 minute walk, via the XC Course, please do bear this in mind when booking tickets…
If you are a Blue Badge holder, we recommend obtaining a ‘Blue Badge Pass’ when you purchase your ticket, this will allow you to park onsite, you will be very close to facilities & the action
(you will not necessarily have a view from your vehicle of the Arenas or the XC)
